About the Role:
The Orthodontic Assistant is a key member of our clinical team, responsible for providing all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. The Orthodontic Assistant performs a wide range of orthodontic procedures, as well as assisting the doctor during appointments, sterilization procedures, and occasional minor lab work. This role spans our three convenient locations: Silverdale, Poulsbo, and Port Orchard. Enjoy variety in your day while serving multiple communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable
Assist the Orthodontist with braces, Invisalign, and other procedures
Take digital images, photos, and intraoral scans.
Educate patients and parents about care instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Dental experience is required; Orthodontic experience is preferred.
Washington State Registered Dental Assistant.
Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred, but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members, and the community.
Keen attention to detail and time management skills.
